Refund policy

All products sold by Samildanach Arts are digital performance licences, not physical goods.

Because licensed materials are issued digitally and grant immediate usage rights, returns are not accepted once a licence has been issued.

Digital Licences

Once a licensed PDF script has been issued by email, the licence is considered active and fulfilled.
As a result:

  • Digital licences cannot be returned

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

  • Refunds are not provided once materials have been issued

This policy reflects the nature of digital licensing and intellectual property protection.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect product was supplied due to an error by Samildanach Arts

  • The licensed file is materially defective and cannot be reasonably corrected

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so the issue can be reviewed.

Theatre Licences

Theatre production licences are issued per production and are agreed individually.
Refunds or cancellations for theatre licences are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms agreed at the time of licensing.
